I took a week off of planning for spring break.
Here's what I'm planning for this week's meals:
Monday-- Coconut Ginger Chicken and Rice *
Tuesday -- Easy Chicken Enchiladas *
Wednesday -- pizza
Thursday -- Left overs
Friday -- Shrimp and Pasta Primavera
Saturday -- Easy Fish Tacos/ Fish Stick Tacos *
Sunday -- Pork fajitas
*Never got to this a couple weeks ago.
