Meal planning Monday (again)

Well since it worked so well the last time I blogged about it, I'm planning my week's worth of meals again.

Monday:  Chimichurri Rice (from Trader Joes), leftover chicken and salad.
Tuesday: Pork chops, salad, rice
Wednesday: Chicken and stuffing bake with salad
Thursday: Something with shrimp and pasta
Friday: Spaghetti
