How many times have I tried to plan a week's worth of meals? I'm really going to try to stick with it this week.
Monday- Red Beans and Rice and Cornbread
Tuesday - Coconut Chicken (I haven't tried this one yet.)
Wednesday- Broiled Tilapia
Thursday - Spaghetti
Friday - Apricot Chicken
